Odela 2 on amazon prime!!

Tamannaah Bhatia's supernatural thriller Odela 2 is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 8, 2025. 

The film, which had a theatrical release on April 17, 2025, received mixed reviews but garnered attention for Tamannaah's portrayal of a Naga Sadhu. 

Directed by Ashok Teja and written by Sampath Nandi, Odela 2 is a sequel to the 2022 film Odela Railway Station and continues the story set in the folklore-rich village of Odela. 

Plot Overview

In 'Odela 2', the village of Odela faces a new supernatural threat as the vengeful spirit of Tirupati, a serial killer, returns to terrorize the villagers, particularly targeting newlywed brides. The villagers seek help from Bhairavi, portrayed by Tamannaah Bhatia, a powerful Naga Sadhu and devotee of Lord Shiva, who confronts the dark forces threatening her community.

Cast and Crew

The film features Hebah Patel reprising her role from the original film and Vasishta N. Simha in a key role. Produced by D. Madhu under the Madhu Creations banner, the film's cinematography is handled by Soundararajan, and the background score is composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, known for his work in 'Kantara'.
